Prior to joining Southwest Casino and Hotel Corporation, Mr. Fox was a founding partner of the accounting firm Berc and Fox, Ltd. Mr Fox’s accounting practice focused on real estate tax accounting. Over the past 22 years, he has been involved in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities involving residential housing and commercial properties, and representing both developers and syndications. In addition, Mr. Fox has served as an instructor for the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants Continuing Education Program, and in 1977 was awarded the Glenn R. Barryman Award for outstanding instructor of the year. |

Fox joined Minnesota-based Southwest Casino and Hotel Corporation as chief
financial officer in 1993. His experience at the company includes the
preparation of pro forma operating statements; preparation and review of
statements of operations and balance sheets; development and implementation of
internal control systems; and the management of day-to-day casino operations.
